"'Dino Ribs' or plate ribs, are taken from the rib areas of the beef. They consist of a long portion of the rib bone, which is overlain by meat and varies in thickness. Dino Ribs are just spectacular in the smoker or in the slow cooker." 8-12 lbs on average, flash frozen, vacuum sealed.
