Homegrown, Pasture to Plate, Grass Finished Beef is now available.
We are excited to announce a new addition to our beef program! Null Ridge Premium Beef Grass-Finished Belted Gallow Beef has been raised and finished on native prairie grasses out at the ranch. The beef is free from antibiotics, feed additives, growth hormones, grain, and feed bi-products. Grass Finished Belted Gallow Beef is Dry-Aged for fourteen days. Flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness. This package will average 115 lbs of beef cuts from steaks, roasts, ground beef, and slow-smoking cuts like brisket. This is a deposit for beef that will be harvested in Fall 2025. The remaining $700 balance will be due once the beef is packaged and ready for delivery.
